Since its beginnings in the early 1990s, Pac Rac has grown by responding directly to how warehouses actually operate. The company’s evolution has been shaped by hands-on field experience, changing supply chain demands, and a continued focus on doing the work properly — from planning through installation and long-term support.
Rather than remaining static, Pac Rac has consistently adapted its approach, refining how projects are designed, materials are supplied, and systems are implemented to meet real-world constraints such as space limitations, lead times, safety requirements, and future growth.

Our History
RFB Industrial is founded by Robert Ferbert Benson, operating as a regional forklift repair and industrial service business.
The company rebrands as Pac Rac Systems and begins supplying and installing used pallet racking systems, expanding into warehouse storage solutions.
Pac Rac moves into a larger facility, shifting focus toward in-stock material, system supply, and full-service installation capabilities.
Founder “Bob” Benson retires, passing leadership to Robert Benson, continuing the company’s growth and operational focus.
The business downsized its physical footprint to support a more efficient, just-in-time (JIT) material model aligned with evolving customer needs.
Ryan Benson joins as co-owner, supporting business development and national growth initiatives.
Pac Rac Systems formally incorporates, reflecting its continued expansion and long-term growth strategy.
Pac Rac opens locations in Nova Scotia and British Columbia, establishing a national service footprint across Canada.
Pac Rac introduces SIM (Spatial Intelligence Modeling), formalizing its methodology for designing and executing optimized warehouse systems.
